The staff were super friendly. They were very accommodating to all requests. The hotel location was really good. It was a very quick walk to the centre.

The staff proved obliging. they went out of their way to help with every request! the breakfast impressed me. It was really nice. the bar prices seemed very reasonable, a nice surprise for a hotel bar. i met the manager, and she was lovely.
The room felt small, and removing the single bed could create more space. Though, it was manageable.

i find good location it was a short walk to clubs. staff was friendly and very helpful . breakfast had a great selection. my room had comfy beds so i had a really good nights sleep.
the tiny travel soap bar for three persons was definitely not enough to properly wash.

The location was very convenient, a short walk to the tower. the car park at the sister hotel had plenty of spaces, i appreciated that. breakfast was good. I was able to pay a small fee for an extra serving of the large english breakfast.
The heating in my room didn't work well. Only a small part of the radiator heated up sometimes. other times, the radiator was completely off. i asked for a spoon, but i received one with food residue on it.
